  • The sensation of hair removal varies from one individual to the next, but is generally manageable for the majority of our clientele. Most clients report a brief, snapping sensation. With our medical grade laser, the Quanta Evo Light 4V, there is a cooling setting that can alleviate any discomforts during the session, free of charge! For larger or more sensitive areas, we carry a numbing cream which is available for purchase.

  • Laser hair removal works by targeting and breaking down the melanin of the hair follicle during its anagen (hair growth) phase. Over the following days, the hair follicle will then fall out which results in a permanent halt to hair growth.

    As our hair goes through multiple growth phases, it is imperative to do regular sessions at the intervals recommended by our technicians. This is necessary in order to maximize the efficacy and get the most value out of your laser sessions. The intervals can vary between 4 to 8 weeks, depending on the treatment area.

  • Pricing varies by body region. Since laser hair removal requires multiple sessions, we offer packages and promotions which will be discussed when you come in for your free consultation.

  • The number of sessions needed varies depending on multiple factors. As hair follicles differ in hair growth cycles (meaning that some hairs grow while others remain dormant), laser hair removal requires multiple sessions in order to target each individual hair as it enters its anagen (hair growth) phase. Typically, the total number of treatments required is between 4 to 8 sessions.

  • Virtually everywhere can be treated! If you would like to inquire about specific areas, please do not hesitate to reach out! Please note that tattooed skin can not be treated.

  • No. It is very important to only shave between laser treatments. Any other form of hair removal can cause additional irritation to the skin and also get in the way of achieving desired results with the laser hair removal process.

  • Yes! Unlike most other lasers, which only work on certain skin types, the Quanta Evo Light 4V, can safely and effectively treat all skin types! Our laser has two true wavelengths which permits our technicians to target all skin types with efficient and quick results.

In some specific cases, yearly touch-ups may be required due to hormonal changes that can influence new hair growth.
